讲座简介:
汽车轻量化技术不但对排放的降低和环境污染治理起着重要作用,还对汽车能耗的降低起到至关重要的作用。汽车的关键部件之一的制动器的轻量化是汽车轻量化未来发展的一个方向。通过设计了一种多功能过渡层结构将铝合金刹车盘与耐磨的陶瓷基刹车片成功连接在一起,该刹车盘与传统金属刹盘相比具有重量低和耐磨性高的特点。
Automobile lightweight technology not only plays an important role in reducing emissions and environmental pollution control, but also plays a vital role in reducing the energy consumption of automobiles. The lightweighting brake discs, one of the key components of the automobile, is a future direction for the lightweighting development. Using a multifunctional transition layer structure to join Aluminum alloy brake discs and wear-resistant ceramic brake pads, the joined component owns lower weight and higher wear resistance as compared with traditional metal brake discs.
