机械系统可靠性对其高效安全服役具有重要的作用，智能运维是机械系统可靠性的重要保障。通过分析机械系统的运维需求，介绍机器学习驱动的人工智能方法在智能运维领域的研究进展，提出几种最新的智能运维场景和人工智能解决方案。结合智能制造领域对机械系统可靠运行的需求，分析机械系统智能运维在学术领域和工业领域的发展方向。

Intelligent operation and maintenance aim to guarantee the reliability of mechanical systems, avoiding unexpected shutdowns and accidents. In this seminar, the research progress of artificial intelligence methods in the field of intelligent operation and maintenance is introduced, several latest intelligent operation and maintenance scenarios and corresponding artificial intelligence solutions are proposed. Given the demand for reliable operation of mechanical systems in intelligent manufacturing, the development direction of intelligent operation and maintenance in academic and industrial fields is discussed.
