习近平总书记指出，当前，世界百年变局和世纪疫情叠加影响，国际形势中不稳定、不确定、不安全因素日益突出，要大力培养社会主义涉外法治人才。“ 讲座者，长期在涉外企业从事法务工作，处理过海外投资并购与合资项目、境外诉讼、全球数据保护，拥有审核与谈判涉外合同的丰富经验。该讲座者拟通过自己涉外律师成长的经验，分享如何在国内的法治、语言环境下，如何成长为一名优秀的涉外法治工作者。

For becoming a successful Chinese lawyer concerning about foreign affairs,it is fundamental way to learn the English Contract law systematically. The English Contract Law is described as "regulated consensus", it is the basic rules for the foreign companies to follow. Just because the British was the first country to develop the comlicated commercial activities, therefor, at present, there are a lot of commercial rules originating from the the law of English Contract Law. Thus, in order to deal with the international commercial activities, you must grasp the basic knowledges of English Contract. For the Chinese students who major in law, it is very important for them to get better understanding of English Contract Law
