9月27日晚，第八届台湾青年岭南行之国防学习体验之旅圆满结束。活动由广东省海峡两岸交流促进会和省教育厅主办，东莞市、惠州市台港澳事务局和教育局承办。粤台产业科技学院有四名同学参加活动。
On the evening of September 27th, the 8th Taiwan Youth Travel to Guangdong-National Defense Learning Experience Camp was successfully concluded. This event was hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Association for the Promotion of Exchange Across Taiwan Straits and the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, and undertaken by the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office and the Education Bureau of Dongguan and Huizhou. Four students from Guangdong-Taiwan College of Industrial Science & Technology participated in this event.
四天三夜的行程中，我校四位同学与其他营员们沿着历史印记穿梭于东莞、惠州两座城市，参观了海战博物馆、东征博物馆等，参加了在莞台港澳青年故事分享会，体验了国防军事项目，见证了东莞的现代化发展，亲身体验了独特厚重的岭南文化，“零距离”感受近代中国人民反侵略斗争的民族气节和国家国防建设的发展。
During the four-day and three-night trip, four students of DGUT and other campers travelled through the cities of Dongguan and Huizhou and visited historical monuments. They visited the Opium War Museum and the Eastern Expedition Museum, participated in the Dongguan-Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Story Sharing Meeting, and visited various national defense and military projects. They were fortunate to witness the modernization development of Dongguan, and personally experienced the unique and profound Lingnan Culture. In addition, they got acquainted with the national integrity against aggression and the development of national defense construction of modern China.
