课程简介：

This course focuses its attention on latest developments of the U.S. and EU's intellectual property law, and to illustrate the important rules which play by the intellectual property law during the ethnological innovation. From learning this course, you will better understanding of how to organize your IP strategy and to deal with the IP risk.

简要而系统地介绍美国和欧美知识产权法律制度的最新发展情况，了解美国和欧美知识产权法律制度对美国科技创新与保护的重要作用；以及如何构筑我国外向型企业的知识产权风险防范的策略。

授课教师及简介：

Stanley T. Tabi，美国国籍。法学博士、生物化学学士，专利代理人和律师；美国University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of law副教授（2012-2018）。拥有丰富的知识产权从业经验。

Larry Mark Goldstain，美国芝加哥大学法学博士，专利律师，知识产权价值评估与运营专家。
