课程简介：

For becoming a successful Chinese lawyer concerning about foreign affairs,it is fundamental way to learn the English Contract law systematically. The English Contract Law is described as "regulated consensus", it is the basic rules for the foreign companies to follow. Just because the British was the first country to develop the complicated commercial activities, therefor, at present, there are a lot of commercial rules originating from  the law of English Contract Law. Thus, in order to deal with the international commercial activities, you must grasp  the basic knowledges of English Contract. For the Chinese students who major in law, it is very imortant for them to get better understanding of English Contract Law.

对《英国合同法》的系统化学习是我国涉外法律人才培养的核心路径。《英国合同法》这套规则在英国法中被描述为“有组织的常识”，是西方公司从事商业活动所必须掌握的。由于英国是商业最早开始发达的国家，国际上现行的很多商业规则都是以英国合同法为基础发展而来，受到英国合同法的影响。因此，英国合同法的理念与规则深植于国际商业交往中。因此，需要加大对在校法学专业的学生普及《英国合同法》的基础知识。

林贤伟，惠州市德赛西威汽车电子股份有限公司 法务总监；英国皇家特许仲裁员协会中级会员、惠州仲裁委员会仲裁员。荣登ALB2022年《总法名人榜》、中国人民大学律师学院公职律师与公司律师研究中心研究员。
