简要而系统地介绍美国知识产权法律制度，了解美国知识产权法律制度对美国科技创新与保护的重要作用 This lecture will focus on U.S. Intellectual Property legal system, especially, on patent law. From this lecture, the students will get better understanding of the vital importance of IP legal system which its play in protection and stimulation of technological innovation, and in promotion of social progress.
