课程简介:

   今日,市场竞争中的一个重要面向是能够让企业合适发展,增进自身竞争力与经济效率。如今,企业的经营范围已经跳脱本地市场,扩张到国际甚至是全球市场。今天,市场竞争不止是企业本身,还包含了其供应链上的所有成员。现在的商业环境要求管理者不能只有管理技术,还要有关于市场上知识与经验。发展以客户为主的供应链已经在很大程度上改变了公司战略制定以及其与外部合作对象的关系。加上国际商业环境日趋重要,理解本地文化可以使管理者提供一种竞争优势。每一位经济与管理学院的学生都需要有新时代商业战略思考的背景与知识。


  Today, one of the important aspects of market competition, allowing proper development of business activities, increasing the competitiveness and its efficiency. Companies do not operate only in domestic markets but also in international markets, or even global. The competition today includes not only the company but also the supply chain. In today's business environment, possessing management skills alone is no longer sufficient to be successful. Contemporary business practices require that managers have knowledge (about the market) and experience. Development of effective and customer-oriented supply chains requires profound changes in the company strategy and in its relations with external partners. With the importance of international business environment is raising, understanding the host country's culture can give managers a competitive advantage. Every student should have a background in new strategic thinking of business.
